Private property owners have the right to have us remove vehicles that are illegally parked on their property. These property owners must have a pre-assigned tow away code with us, and assigned authorized personnel for us to tow a vehicle away.
IMPOUND RELEASE REQUIREMENTS
You will need each piece of information depending on the reason for impoundment, and the requirements of the law enforcement office. Please contact our offices to find out what specific information is needed to get a vehicle out. You may also need the following:
- Valid drivers license (of any person driving a vehicle off Andy's Towing premises)
- Current insurance card (showing vehicle description and valid up to the date of when the vehicle is picked up)
- Current registration
- Proof of ownership
- Title transfer
- Any necessary repairs to make the vehicle “street legal”
